  Food Manager Certification Examination

At the end of each class, SFH instructors administers one of the Conference for Food Protection examinations or a state specific examination.  Examinations are available in Chinese, English, Korean and Spanish


New Illinois Requirement for Food Service Establishments

Illinois now requires all food service establishments have at least one certified food service sanitation manager who has undergone training that follows nationally recognized industry standards for allergen safety and allergen awareness available on the premises at all times that the food service establishment is in operation.  To meet this requirement, SFH now offers food allergen training.  To sign up, click here


National Registry of Food Service Professionals is a Conference for Food Protection examination that is ANSI accredited and that meets state requirements for management personnel.
