15 Hour Initial Food Safety Manager Certification Program

This course is designed for food service workers that are taking a course to certify for the first time or for workers that have let their certificate expire and need to complete the full 2-day (15 hours) of training again.  Either case, students must attend the full 2-day course and successfully pass the food manager certification examination.

5 Hour Food Safety Manager Re-certification Program

This course is designed for food service workers that have a current state of Illinois food manager certification certificate that is getting ready to expire.  Students only need to attend 5 hours of any of the courses listed for Illinois to meet the state requirement for re-certification and do not have to take an examination.
