The Home Study course is a self paced food
safety training course for food service professionals that do not have the
time to complete an on-site course. Upon registering, students will receive
a 128 comprehensive food safety manual that contains all the food safety
information listed below along with questions and exercises throughout the
manual. After reviewing the manual and completing the exercises, students
simply call us and schedule an examination at any of our convenient
locations. Although homework is not required, it is highly recommended
that students complete the exercises to adequately prepare for the
examination.
Continue this process at your own pace until you know you're ready to
pass the certification exam.
